Assembly & Testing

Built, Calibrated, Tested, and Ready for Production.

Manufacturing a high-quality packaging machine is only one part of delivering a reliable solution. Correct assembly, systematic calibration, and comprehensive testing are equally important in ensuring that the machine performs as intended once it reaches the customer's facility.

Our Assembly & Testing process is designed to verify the complete functionality of every machine before dispatch. Mechanical assemblies, drive systems, pneumatic circuits, electrical panels, sensors, safety systems, filling systems, sealing mechanisms, and automation controls are integrated systematically by our experienced engineering and assembly teams.

During assembly, individual systems are checked for proper alignment, fitment, movement, accessibility, and functionality. Critical machine parameters are inspected to ensure that the equipment operates smoothly and consistently. Particular attention is given to areas that directly influence packaging performance, such as product dosing, film movement, bag formation, sealing, cutting, synchronization, weighing accuracy, and machine control.

Once mechanical and electrical assembly is completed, the machine undergoes a structured testing process. The automation system is tested to verify communication between PLCs, HMIs, drives, sensors, servo systems, and other control components. Safety functions and machine interlocks are also checked to ensure appropriate response during normal operation and fault conditions.

Where applicable, machines are tested using actual or representative packaging materials and products. This allows our team to evaluate machine performance under realistic operating conditions and identify potential issues before installation at the customer site. Parameters such as production speed, filling consistency, sealing quality, machine synchronization, product handling, and overall operational stability are evaluated during testing.

Our objective is to ensure that the equipment leaving our facility is production-ready, thoroughly inspected, and prepared for efficient installation and commissioning. A systematic testing approach reduces installation-related challenges, shortens commissioning time, and provides customers with greater confidence in their equipment.

We believe that a machine should not merely be assembled—it should be proven before it is delivered.
